As of March 27, 2018, all orders will now ship:
via UPS ONLY & we are now offering overnight shipping!
We have found UPS to be most reliable option for our desired result and the best customer service possible.
A couple quick things to note in the shipping process:
All of our packages require a signature.
UPS operates Monday - Friday, therefore we will no longer ship out on Saturdays, so please plan accordingly with when you send in your order.

Here are a few things to note to help you plan for your shipment and clear up any questions you may have on receiving your package.
SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIME:
In order to guarantee that your product(s) will be shipped same-day you will need to place your order BEFORE 1:00 pm MST. Please plan accordingly so you can received your package by the date you desire.
WHY DO WE REQUIRE A SIGNATURE?:
Due to an increase in lost/stolen packages over the US mailing system, we choose to add this option to ensure the safe arrival of your package.
If you for-see being unable to be present at delivery, you can always leave a note on the door of the address you are shipping to with:
FIRST & LAST NAME
TRACKING NUMBER
NOTE GIVING THEM AUTHORIZATION TO LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE AT 'x' LOCATION OF THE ADDRESS (porch, side door, lobby, etc)
This will count as your signature of receiving the package, but please note that this does come with the risk that if the package is lost or stolen it becomes your responsibility
We can no longer waive the signature on our packages, as we cannot be held liable for any lost/stolen packages.
WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?:
The dimensions of the box we ship our hair extensions in is: 24x4x4. We do not fold or alter the natural fall of the hair in any way during the packaging and shipping process as to uphold the best quality product upon delivery.
The cost of shipping always depends on the dimensions of the box/weight of the shipment; and with the odd dimensions of the box (as shown below) it does increase the shipping cost in comparison to a regular sized square/rectangle box that other companies may use which fold and can damage the hair's quality.
We do not make any mark-ups on shipping and the fee is always at-cost.
UPS is one of the mid-range price companies to ship with, but in trying many different methods, we have found UPS to be the best quality in relation to both service, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

***Please note that once your Bombshell Extensions package leaves our shipping facility, we release control to UPS for all whereabouts, shipping routes, and timeline delivery.
If something goes wrong with your delivery date, it is something that requires the attention of UPS, as we don't have control over UPS process and tracking routes.
